Bonjour à tous,
Nous vous présentons un appartement entièrement dédié à la colocation. Etudiants, jeunes actifs vous êtes les bienvenus.

Situation Géographique :
-Limitrophe Pessac/Talence à proximité de l'université.
-Tramway en sortant de la résidence direction Talence / Bordeaux centre en 20minutes.
-Université à 500 mètres à pied.
-Commerce de proximité à 500 mètres à pied.
-Sortie 14 et sortie 16 de la rocade bordelaise en 3 minutes en voiture.

Appartement pour 4 personnes :
-un salon de 30m² : canapé 2 places, poufs, télé, table a manger, meuble de rangement…
-une cuisine neuve et entièrement équipée : four, micro-onde, frigo, lave vaisselle, hotte, de nombreux rangements…
-deux salles de bain rénovées avec douche, doubles vasques et rangements. WC dans chacune d'elle ainsi qu'une machine à laver dans la première salle de bain.
-4 chambres entre 10 et 11 m² : chaque chambre est composé d’un lit 140*190, d’une parure avec drap + couette fournis, d’un bureau, d’une armoire type dressing, d’un meuble de rangement. Elles se ferment toutes à clef et chaque chambre à un balcon. La décoration reste sommaire pour vous laisser le choix.
