Nous sommes installés depuis 10 ans à Ramonville, où nous profitons d’un mode de vie simple et agréable. Sportifs, nous faisons beaucoup de vélo et aimons voyager. Nous avons un fils de 15 ans et un chat.
Nous proposons à la location l’étage supérieur de notre maison, entièrement indépendant et aménagé pour du Co-living à des étudiants ou jeunes actifs. Vu que c'est l'étage au dessus de nous et qu'il y a une entrée commune, nous souhaitons des personnes respectueuses et calmes.
Les 4 chambres sont meublées et l'appartement entièrement rénové. Nous le louons pour la première fois et nous pourrons adapter l'installation en fonction des besoins. On peut se garer dans la rue et entreposer des vélos (rack à vélo extérieur)
