Studio :
- Refait à neuf et loué immédiatement il y a 2 ans. Blood sweat and tears comme ils disent, les photos avant/après en témoignent
- Cuisine ouverte équipée (micro-ondes, plaques induction, réfrigérateur)
- Coin chambre et coin bureau. J'ai essayé de le rendre mignon pour que ce soit moins la déprime de travailler...
- Grand placard avec un coin penderie (pour certains d'entre nous c'est important) et machine à laver !
- Mobilier de bonne qualité que j'avais acheté pour mon utilisation personnelle mais que j'ai laissé au studio car je déménageais
- Chauffage électrique

30€ de charges (eau froide, entretien des parties communes...)

L'appartement est clé en main. Dès que votre dossier est validé il faut juste:
- Assurer l'appartement
- Faire l’état des lieux et signer le bail
- Prendre un contrat EDF (coup de téléphone de 5min)
- Prendre une box (il y a la fibre dans l'appartement)
- Amener vos vêtements et affaires, draps / serviettes

Lors de la dernière mise en location de l'appartement, j'ai reçu beaucoup de demandes. Je privilégierai donc les candidats intéressés par une location de longue durée.

- Completely renovated and rented immediately 2 years ago. Blood sweat and tears as they say, the before/after photos speak for themselves
- Open-plan equipped kitchen (microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator)
- Sleeping area and desk area. I tried to make it cute so that working is less depressing…
- Large closet with a hanging area (for some of us this is important) and a washing machine!
- Good-quality furniture that I had bought for my personal use but left in the studio because I was moving
- Electric heating

€30 of charges (cold water, maintenance of common areas…)

The apartment is turnkey. As soon as your application is approved, you just need to:
- Insure the apartment
- Do the move-in inspection and sign the lease
- Take out an EDF contract (5-minute phone call)
- Get an internet box (fiber is available in the apartment)
- Bring your clothes and belongings, sheets / towels

During the last rental of the apartment, I received many requests. I will therefore prioritize candidates interested in a long-term rental.
