Located on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure building. The studio is 17m². It is completely renovated, perfectly clean and comfortable.

The kitchenette with fridge and hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

90x200 cm bed (beds sheets are provided)


Shower room with toilet. (Towels provided)
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
TV (in french...) and Wi-Fi are also included ...

You will be in a very nice area and 50 m from the banks of the Vilaine.
Very close: Restaurants, supplies, bakery, laundry, transport ...

transport:
BUS: Station "Place de Bretagne" 5min walk. Lines 2, 4, 6, 11. 6 and 11 direct to the train station in 7min
METRO: Station "MABILAIS" to 5 min walk.

I just expect responsible behavior with host friendly housing and neighbors.
No smoking.

INCLUDES ALL CHARGES : (ELECTRICITY, HEATING, COLD WATER, HOT WATER, WIFI)

A deposit collected will be requested and returned at end of stay after the inventory of fixtures.
When booking the deposit is required.
