Ayant des enfants qui vont à l’université et les difficultés à trouver des logements pour leurs études nous avons décidé d’offrir aux jeunes un logement adapté pour leurs études ainsi que de partager des bons moments entre colocataires.

La création de colocation nous a permis de loger les étudiants ainsi que les jeunes actifs et de leur donner la possibilité de partager des logements et de discuter ensemble de leur avenir ce qui les réconforte énormément car le début d’une activité n’est pas simple pour tout le monde.

La colocation jouit d’une grande souplesse. Les baux sont flexibles et la durée de séjour comprise entre 1 mois et 1 an. Le loyer comprend les nombreux services proposés par le logement partagé comme l’edf le service internet , gaz.

Des équipement complet comme le frigidaire, le lave linge séchant, l’aspirateur, le sèche-cheveux ainsi qu’un téléviseur.

La colocation permettrait également de réaliser des économies : occuper son espace privatif et bénéficier des espaces partagés et des nombreux services .
