📍 À 10 mètres de l’arrêt de bus Leriche (ligne 90, directe jusqu’à Gorge de Loup) et avec des places de parking à proximité.

Les deux chambres à pourvoir se situent au 2ᵉ étage, avec une salle de bains et des toilettes sur le même palier.

Le 1er étage, déjà occupé par deux colocataires, dispose de la même configuration.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un grand salon avec cheminée, une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger, des WC ainsi qu’une buanderie.
