Si l'aventure de la colocation à Strasbourg te tente, tu es au bon endroit! Je propose un logement en colocation, avec des chambres meublées en bail individuel. Tout l'équipement est là, internet aussi, il ne te reste plus qu'a poser tes valises et t'installer dans ton nouveaux chez toi, avec des voisins sympa.

L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pieds du tram F (arrêt Comtes), dans un immeuble au calme entouré de verdure. L'accès à la piste cyclable est juste à coté, pour une quinzaine de minutes en tram ou en vélo du centre ville de Strasbourg.

Des commerces de proximités, alimentation, bureau de poste et tabacs sont également proches.
Un grenier pour entreposer vos affaires complète le logement.

Le loyer est de 450 € +50€ de charges par chambres. Les charges inclues l'eau, l'électricité, internet et le gaz.
