THE APARTMENT :
The apartment comprises a large entrance with a corridor delivering to 4 bedrooms, the toilets, 2 bathrooms as well as a large kitchen opening up entirely on a nice protected terrace with an open view and the last room.

THE ROOM :
It includes a double bed, a bedside table, a large dressing room as well as a desk and chair and plenty of extra space for you to enjoy. Quilt, pillow and protections for these are provided for, you have to bring your own bedsheets.

THE EQUIPMENTS :
High-speed fiber internet supply through wi-ifi and cable connection to the rooms. For your greatest comfort, it is fully furnished and equipped (oven, hob, American fridge, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kitchen utensils, work surface), all you have to do is to settle in!

LOCATION :
It is ideally located at the foot of the Bellefontaine subway station, which is 1 stop from the Basso Cambo business park, 2 from Jean-Jaurès University and 20 minutes from downtown (Place du Capitole).
