Four bedrooms in a shared apartment are available in the Jolimont/Bonne neighborhood, a 8-minute walk from the metro and shops. The apartment has just been renovated and fully equipped for you to come!

The four rooms have double beds, large closets, providing ample storage space, and are very bright ! There are two rooms of 12 m², and 2 rooms of 9m². We will keep a balance between girls and boys in the appartment!

The common areas include:

- A cosy living room of 20m², with a sofa and a coffee table, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, convection oven, coffee machine, dishes, and all cooking accessories).
- A brand-new washing machine with an integrated dryer!
- Two equiped bathrooms (for 4!) with an Italian shower.
- A separate toilet (a second toilet is available in one of the bathrooms!)

- The residence also has a central private garden where people go to eat, drink and you can organize a barbecue. The residence is quiet and well maintained with great people!

The neighborhood is very close to the center, as the Bonnefoy suburb is a calm, "hipster" suburb behind the train station. The Michelet park is a 7-minute walk away. Two supermarket are near the place, Carrefour Express at 6 min and Casino (bigger one) at 7 min walking.

By living in this shared apartment, you will save time:
- 9 minutes walk to the Jolimont metro (9min on gmaps) and after 2 stations (2 min) to reach Jean Jaurès city center.
- In total, you are in Capitole or Jean Jaurès in less than 15 min !
