Nous vous proposons à la location 2 chambres en colocation dans une maison située à Tourcoing disponible dès maintenant.
La maison se compose au rez-de-chaussée d'une pièce de vie avec salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée, coin jeux (babyfoot, palais), d'une chambre, d'une salle de douche, WC séparés et terrasse.
Au 1er étage se trouvent deux chambres et des WC.
Enfin au 2ème étage, deux autres chambres et une salle de bain. Les 2 chambres disponibles sont au 2eme étage. Une 3 ème se libère au 1er étage le 27 septembre.
Chaque chambre est meublée avec lit (sommier + matelas), coin bureau avec chaise et coin dressing.
Transports à proximité : gare de Tourcoing à 2 km (possibilité de se rendre à Lille en 15 minutes), métro Pont de Neuville à 1 km.
Idéal étudiant ou jeune actif. Bus à 1min à pied du logement qui vous emmène en 8min à la gare de Tourcoing.
