Quiet and safe building, with a guardian, apartment located on 5th of elevator, 2 balcony with nice view.
New furbished apartment, well equipped kitchen, nice washing room: fridge, microwave, washing& drying machine..
All rooms are including: comfortable bed, cupboard, study desk, and various decoration, you'll only need to bring your own bed sheets!
charge expense 60Euros for heater, water, electricity, internet(Charges amount is based on historical invoice, can be adjusted if there is overconsumption).
