Both cosy and modern, these studios, ranging from 15 to 29m², are arranged to optimise every space. They include a living room with a bed (120x200 cm), a fully-equipped kitchen, an office with storage space, and a shower room.

The UXCO Student Baker Hill residence offers areas where students can relax and get together: laundry, fitness zone, Cinebox, collaborative kitchen, coworking and chill-out area - everything has been put in place to create lively spaces that encourage people to get together!

Other services are also available at extra cost, including secure parking if required!

The residence also offers PMR studios (for people with reduced mobility).
