The Ecla Paris Villejuif residence was built around the theme of well-being. The Ecla Paris Villejuif residence has 754 flats, individual or shared, fully furnished and equipped: rooms, studios, T2, T3 or T4. A little extra: some even have a balcony.

You can choose the all-inclusive offer which includes the rent (with heating, hot/cold water, maintenance of common areas) as well as access to the various services and common areas. Please note that there is a charge of 40 euros for upstairs accommodation.
