The LOGIFAC Epoux Labrousse student residence is located on Rue des Epoux Labrousse, about 20 minutes from the city center of Villeneuve d’Ascq.

It is close to the University of Lille – Pont de Bois campus, Polytech Lille, IEMN, IUT A, and the National School of Architecture and Landscape, making it an ideal location for students.

The neighborhood is well served by the TER train and buses, with the Pont de Bois stop right next to the residence.

Inaugurated in July 2024, the residence is new, quiet, and secure. It offers many amenities: laundry, parking, relaxation room, coworking space, table football, bike storage, gym, and elevator. Internet connection is included in the rent.
