Your studio/T1 will be close to everything you need: for shopping and errands, the residence is a 10-minute drive from the Centre Commercial Carrefour Wasquehal. If you prefer a quiet place to relax, Lille Zoo is a 20-minute drive from the residence.

UXCO Student Babylone's studios and T1s are modern and comfortable, ranging from 17 to 24m². Each unit is furnished, equipped and decorated with care. They include a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, hood, ceramic hob, microwave, storage space, crockery kit), a study area with storage space, a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC. Rent includes hot and cold water, plus high-speed wifi internet connection.



Some studios/T1 are adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR). Private parking is
available on reservation.
