Rue Jules Valles au centre de Villerupt, proche de la frontière sud du Luxembourg et notamment de Belval et Esch sur Alzette, supermarchés et restaurants à moins de 5 mn à pied.
Chambre de 11/12 m² lit double 140 cm, bureau, grande penderie, lumineux . Couette et oreillers fournis, il vous faudra juste apporter le linge de lit.
Dans une petite maison de 63 m² à partager à 3 sur plusieurs niveaux, cuisine neuve toute équipée (yc lave vaisselle) , salle de bains avec wc à partager , lave linge et sèche linge, internet fibre pas de salon.

La maison est très proche du terminal du bus qui vous emmenera en 15 mn à Belval ou Esch sur Alzette et en 40 mn à Luxembourg ville.

Le loyer est de 450 euros/mois + 100 euros de charges pour deux chambres et de 500 euros /mois +100 euros de charges pour une chambre en "duplex". Eligible aux APL. Baux individuels sans clause de solidarité. Caution demandée : deux mois de loyers hors charges
