The studio is located in a calm private residence, just a few steps from the centre of Antibes, close to the new Anthea Theatre. The residence is gated with a private individual parking space and is surrounded by a small garden. The studio is on the first floor, easily accessed by a short staircase. With a large terrace facing west and south, the flat is light and airy. Meals can be taken on the terrace or at the small bar in front of the kitchenette. The couch can be opened out to create a large comfortable double bed. The studio is fully furnished and equiped with bedding, sheets and towels provided. The shower room also has a washing machine and a window. There is a separate hall and WC. The bus stop with buses to Sophia Antipolis and Skema are just two minutes from the studio. The SNCF train station is a five minute walk away, with easy access to Nice and Cannes. The A8 motorway is ten minutes away by car. You can reach all the sites of Antibes on foot. The port and old town are a fifteen minute walk, with its restaurants, bars and boutiques and there are also supermarkets, bakers and restaurants just a few minutes from the flat.

La résidence est fermée avec un parking individuel privé et est entourée d'un petit jardin. Le studio est au premier étage, facilement accessible par un petit escalier. Avec une grande terrasse exposée ouest et sud, l'appartement est lumineux et aéré. Les repas peuvent être pris sur la terrasse ou au petit bar devant la kitchenette. Le canapé peut être ouvert pour créer un grand lit double confortable. Le studio est entièrement meublé et équipé avec literie, draps et serviettes fournis. La salle de douche dispose également d'un lave-linge et d'une fenêtre. Il y a un hall et WC séparés. L'arrêt de bus avec des bus pour Sophia Antipolis et Skema sont à seulement deux minutes du studio. La gare SNCF est à cinq minutes à pied, avec un accès facile à Nice et Cannes. L'autoroute A8 est à dix minutes en voiture. Vous pourrez rejoindre à pied tous les sites d'Antibes. Le port et la vieille ville sont à quinze minutes à pied, avec ses restaurants, bars et boutiques et il y a aussi des supermarchés, des boulangeries et des restaurants à quelques minutes de l'appartement.
