No administrative fees for signing any rental agreement for a period of 1 to 6 months maximum, starting between March 1st, 2026, and August 31th, 2026, inclusive. This offer is designed to meet the needs of anyone looking for a furnished, equipped, and connected apartment for a short stay of less than six months. For all contracts of less than 3 months, the security deposit will not be cashed.

It must be sent by email with a read receipt by July 19, 2026, to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr Email subject line: SEPTEMBER OFFER COUPON The coupon must be sent separately from the lease agreement via email by the customer; otherwise, the customer will not be eligible for the offer.
