Eligibility requirements: - Signing a standard or multiple-unit lease agreement with an effective date on or before July 7, 2026. - The customer must return a coupon to take advantage of the offer. The lease agreement will therefore remain active, and we will process the financial records for their account. - If the tenant leaves the residence before the 6-month rental period is up, the rent for the month of September, which was waived as part of this offer, will be re-billed by Nexity Studéa upon the tenant’s departure. - To qualify as a new customer: that is, any person who has never previously been a tenant in Nexity Studéa residences or any person whose last Nexity Studéa lease agreement ended more than one year prior to the signing of the new contract. - This offer cannot be combined with any other Nexity Studéa offer, with the exception of the referral program and one-time promotional offers.
