Our apartments are individual studios ranging in size from 16 m² to 33 m². They are all furnished with:

1 bed base and mattress (120 cm x 200 cm)

1 table and 2 chairs

1 bookcase

1 desk and 1 armchair

1 wall shelf

A built-in closet completes the layout and can be used as a dressing room and additional storage space.



The accommodation also includes: a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, and a microwave, as well as a shower room with toilet.

Shared accommodation is also available. You share your living room and kitchen with your roommates, while enjoying a private bedroom and bathroom.



The residence offers many high-quality services:

a bicycle storage room

a gym

the loan of household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.)

a dedicated coworking space

a relaxation room with a large shared kitchen, a cinema area, table football, and more.



All this is included in your rent!



Finally, for an additional fee, you can use our self-service connected laundry room and parking.

The residence is eligible for housing assistance. We can assist you with the administrative procedures with the CAF (family allowance fund) or with putting together your application with Garant me, a guarantee that we accept for your application.
