KLEY Valencia is a new student residence located right on the CEU Cardenal Herrera campus in Moncada, with good connections to the city centre of Valencia.
The residence offers different types of accommodation, ranging from individual studios with study area, bedroom, private bathroom and equipped kitchen, to one-bedroom apartments with a separate living room, equipped kitchen and private bathroom, as well as shared apartments for 5 people with private bedrooms and bathroom and a shared kitchen.

All options are furnished and include monthly utilities in the rate.

In its modern facilities, KLEY stands out for offering an outdoor patio with a swimming pool, a rooftop, the Keepfit gym room, coworking spaces such as Hub and Lab, a collaborative library, the Kosy social area, the Kafé cafeteria, study rooms, laundry facilities and more.
