How does the solution work?

 

1. Create a tenant account and complete the application file

 

Using our platform, you can create as many tenant accounts as needed. You complete each student’s application file with the required documents and can activate the Guaranteed Profile to provide a guarantor.

 

2. Centralised search and applications

Find the property that matches your client’s needs by using filters such as:

 

• Location (offers available in more than 60 cities in France)
• Type of accommodation (studio, flatshare, room in a private home)
• Type of landlord (private owners, student residences, real estate agencies)

 

You can contact landlords directly to submit an application and ask your questions.

 

3. Confirmation and booking

 

Once the landlord accepts the application, you will receive a booking proposal. At that point, you have two options:

 

Option 1: The agency pays the fees for the student

You accept the booking proposal and make the secure payment online. A booking confirmation will then be provided so you can share it with the student.

 

Option 2: The student pays the fees directly

You share the login details with the student, who can then finalise the booking and complete the secure payment through the platform.
