We present an incredible property in the heart of the city centre. It has a total of 9 bedrooms. The property has a living room with TV, one also has a dining table. Regarding the kitchens, both have everything necessary, they are equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, glassware... In one of them there is space to eat. The flat is distributed in a total of 8 rooms, 6 exterior and 2 interior, all furnished with everything necessary for a stay (hidden) location is perfect, close to universities, next to the beach and the Ramblas, Placa Catalunya and the Borne district. Metro lines L3 Placa Catalunya and L4 Jaume. The room does not include sheets and pillows, only the mattress cover.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: 1 month's rent that we will give you back after your check-out date.
- ID/Passport and Working Contract or Proof of being a student are required. You will need to send us a copy of these documents before your arrival.
- 1-year contract: The initial contract will be a maximum of one year with the possibility of being renewed at the end of the stay.
