Le loyer ne comprend pas ( ELECTRICITE, EAU, CHAUFFAGE, TAXE SUR LES DECHETS MENSUELS).Le logement dispose d'un lave-linge, mais en automne/hiver, le linge doit être séché dans une laverie automatique à quelques mètres de l'appartement pour éviter l'humidité dans l'appartement (le coût est de 2 ou 3 euros pour une grande quantité de linge qui peut être séché en quelques minutes).

Le chauffage est mis en route par le service de la copropriété au début du mois d'octobre.
