Magnificent renovated house in the center of Madrid. Large and very bright house in a quiet but central area of ​​Madrid. The house has 7 bedrooms, a modern equipped kitchen connected to the dining room, five full bathrooms, and three inside the bedrooms.

House in an unbeatable area between the Alonso Martínez (lines 4, 5 and 10), Colón (line 4) and Chueca (line 5) metro stops and just over 5 minutes from the Recoletos train station. It is also 5 minutes from Gran Vía where there is a wide variety of shops, theaters, cafes, restaurants ... Perfect for people who work in the Paseo del Prado area, as well as those who must take the train to go to the north business area from Madrid. Welcome students too :)

You will share a house with colleagues between 18 and 35 years old, but the average age is usually people between 23-26.

SERVICES AND RELEVANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning service in the common areas of the flat for free (Once a week)
- Maintenance technician for repairs
- Possibility of moving to another room in the company
- Contract management. Legal rental contract.
- Office support, inquiries, general matters during your stay
- Registration management.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: 1 month's rent that we will give you back after your check-out date. (Rent + supplies)
- ID/Passport and Working Contract or Proof of being a student are required. You will need to send us a copy of these documents before your arrival.
- 1-year contract: The initial contract will be a maximum of one year with the possibility of being renewed at the end of the stay.

CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday (10:00 to 19:00): Free of charge
- Monday to Friday (19:00 to 22:00): 75€+VAT
- Weekends and holidays: 125€+VAT

MANDATORY ONE-TIME INVENTORY FEE: 48€ (Guarantees the return of the deposit to the owner)
