This 28 sq. m² studio is situated at the first floor of a traditional house, in the pedestrian area of old Antibes, close to the Provençal market, the Picasso museum and the ramparts which looks straight on the sea.

Buses to Sophia Antipolis are at 10-minute walk from the studio
No need for a car to shop, move around the city. The studio is a 5 to 10 minute walk from shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, beaches.

The studio is made up of two parts : -
-A spacious room, with two big windows overlooking the calm and typical street "rue des Bains".,
- The dining is fully fitted : dishwasher, microwave oven, large
fridge and freezer, washing machine...) with a large round
wooden table.
- A large and comfortable sofa bed for two people.

- A private and locked little bathroom and WC, outside the room just in
front on the landing. (We remind you that the house only has two
apartments : this studio and an apartment above).

The studio is equipped with Wifi, TV, DVD player..

Respect of the neighbohood is requested at the sound level.
