It has a private bathroom and living room that is shared only with the room next door, that is to say that they have a separate space from the rest of the house. The location is excellent: in the heart of Eixample, a quiet, safe and very nice neighbourhood! It is one block from Av. Diagonal and one block from Paseo San Juan. One minute access to metro L5 and L4 (Verdaguer). A 15 minute walk from Arc de Triomf and 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia. The room does not include sheets and pillows, only the mattress cover.
