GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: 1 month's rent that we will give you back after your check-out date.
- ID/Passport and Working Contract or Proof of being a student are required. You will need to send us a copy of these documents before your arrival.
- 1-year contract: The initial contract will be a maximum of one year with the possibility of being renewed at the end of the stay.
