We’re international educators based in Madrid who love sharing our passion for this amazing city—and now, we're opening the doors to our charming apartment in Chamberí, one of the most vibrant, authentic, and sought-after neighborhoods in the capital. it is perfect neighborhood for students as it is very save and very close to most universities.

Located on the 4th floor of a charming, classic building (please note: no elevator), this recently renovated apartment combines comfort, style, and abundant natural light in one perfect package. Just steps from your door, you’ll find everything you could want: boutique shops, trendy bars, cozy cafés, world-class restaurants, gyms, sports facilities, supermarkets, medical centers, theaters, universities, and more—all within easy walking distance.

Ideal for two roommates looking to share a beautiful home, we can also rent each room separately at half the price each

The apartment features:

* Two spacious, fully furnished bedrooms**
* A bright, eat-in kitchen with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher

Monthly rent includes all utilities such as building fees, trash collection, and Wi-Fi. Electricity and water are not included and are billed separately based on individual usage (especially air conditioning).
