All bars and restaurant are very close. The best place to enjoy the city center and its attractions without the noise . The tram station to go to Artem or any other location/point of interest in the city is only 50 meters away.

This condo is a duplex, fully renovated in Jan 2022. At the first level, the main entrance, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. At the second floor, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a desk and queen size bed with new mattresses in each of them

Just drop your luggage when you arrive : The condo is fully equipped: High speed internet (Wifi), Netflix account included, flat screen TV, Playstation 3, washing machine, iron with iron board, cleaning equipment (vacuum, groom, ...)

Two full set of bedsheet and towels are provided. All equipment to cook (e.g. pan), eat (plates, cutleries) or have breakfast (coffee machine, kettle) is also provided
