Description

Notre maison est située au bord de l Erdre. Deux bus et une ligne de tramway désert le quartier. Le tramway va directement à Audencia.
Les chambres sont au 2 ème étage de la maison ce qui permet aux étudiants d'être au calme.
Une chambre donne sur le jardin, l’autre plus petite donne sur l’Erdre. Une salle de douche avec toilettes est à votre disposition. Je vous propose de partager nos repas pour vivre à la française dans une famille. Nous avons 6 enfants mais il ne reste que notre dernier Étienne qui fait un bts de chimie pratique.
Notre jardin est également à votre disposition vous pouvez y inviter vos amis.
Je vous remercie de ne pas fumer dans les chambres.
