Je propose mon logement en location étudiante. Il s'agit d'un studio meublé refait à neuf, entièrement équipé, situé en plein cœur du carré d'or, à 2mn à pieds de la plage, de la place Masséna, du jardin Albert 1er et à 10mn de la gare.



Attention : ne convient pas aux colocations car studio

APL et visites possibles. Studapart compatible.

PS : J'avais reçu beaucoup de demandes hors sujet l'année dernière, merci de bien vouloir me contacter uniquement si vous êtes ok avec les critères : le prix est fixe, la colocation n'est pas possible et il s'agit d'une location étudiante :-)

Hey everyone,

I'm renting my apartment starting from September 2025 up to May 2026. It's a brand new 30m² studio entirely furnished in the heart of the carré d'or (center of Nice), 2mn feet away from the sea, from Massena's place and 10mn from the train station.

all included (heat, air cooler, internet, electricity, hot water). Ideally 8 or 9 month of renting.
