C'est un duplex très spacieux et lumineux, meublée d'un grand lit simple (avec couette et oreillers), d'un bureau et de rangements. Nous sommes situés à 5 minutes à pied du très joli parc Montsouris et des bars du quartier de la Butte aux Cailles. Tous les commerces sont à moins d'une minute de marche : Boulangeries, Pharmacie, divers Supermarchés, Cinémas, Bars, Brasseries, Restaurants etc... Proche de tous les transports en commun, 250 mètres de la station de métro Alésia, Ligne 4, RER B. Vous êtes les bienvenus pour nous rendre visite !
