The present tenants: one student who is doing his master in GEM, one guy who works in CEA.

All the rooms are fully furnished for your comfortable stay (with a single bed, double wardrobe, a large desk and a chair, large drawers, hanging rail, quilt and pillow. The room is very bright with wide windows and open view on the mountains or the city.

The collective parts of the apartment are: a lobby, two shower rooms, a separate toilet, a drying room and the kitchen.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you find the oven, the microwave, the boiler, the toastor, the rice cooker, the refrigerator, the washing machine,the plates, the ustensils...

We have a beautiful park around the residence, with a nice view on the Alpes.

You can walk across the park to get to the Grand’Place shopping Mall, where you find the supermarket Carrefour as well as many well-known brand shops. There is also the supermarket Auchan nearby.
