Hello. We do not live onsite. We manage several buildings, stores and offices in Nice and Cannes.
The buildings in Nice center, rue VERNIER and Boulevard GAMBETTA, in quartier LIBERATION / PIOL, are near everything: main train station, tramway, all shops. Possibility to rent a parking @160/month on top.
The building with furnished rooms in Quartier LA MADELEINE is a very nice house de style Belle Epoque built in 1910, fully renewed, it belongs to the "Patrimoine remarquable de la Ville de Nice".
There is a bakery at the bottom of the building, and a medical center as well. A dentist works on the first floor and a family lives there in the opposite flat. The second floor consists in two furnished flats, fully equipped, with furnished rooms for students and young employees.
Supermarket just in front. Sea and tramway MAGNAN very near.
Bus 610 for sophia Antipolis as well.
These flats are perfect for students (EDHEC, Faculté de Lettres, campus Trotabas, Lycée Masséna-classes prépas, Lycée Hôtelier, INRIA, etc) as well as for young employees, interns, etc.
There are no fees apart from Studapart fees.
