75m² Homestay for 1 person

Room to rent in an apartment located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris (line 8th at Lourmel station). The rent is €650 all inclusive (excluding any potential damage).
The flat is 3 minutes away from the subway station.

You will share the apartment with a mom and a 30 year old daughter. You will also find two cute little pets (a small dog and a cat !), so it would be perfect if you love animals :)

The apartment is located on the 6th floor (with elevator). The room includes a double-sized bed, a desk, and storage drawers. The shared areas of the apartment are the kitchen and the bathroom(except for the living room) and you can use the washing machine and dishwasher at any time. Wi-Fi is also included in the rent.

Additionally, I clean the common spaces of the apartment and take care of the overall maintenance, but everyone is responsible for cleaning and tidying their own belongings, including in the kitchen.
