- City center: tram A and B right nearby, ideal for reaching both campuses with no hassle.
- Clairmarais: our favorite. Well connected, safe, and worth knowing: the new NEOMA campus in Port Colbert opens in this area between 2026 and 2027. Better to settle in early!
- Saint-Rémi: quiet, safe, perfect for studying.

The NEOMA Paris campus is located at 6 rue Vandrezanne, 75013 Paris, in the Butte-aux-Cailles area, in the heart of the 13th arrondissement. It's accessible via:
- Metro line 7: Tolbiac or Place d'Italie station
- Metro lines 5 and 6: Place d'Italie station
For your housing search, we recommend looking at these areas first:
- The 13th arrondissement: the closest to campus. Quiet, safe, with plenty of student listings. Affordable rent for Paris standards.
- Canal Saint-Martin (10th): the best budget to location ratio in Paris, according to our guide. Expect around €850/month for a shared apartment and €1,150 for a studio. République hub (5 metro lines) gets you to campus in 15 minutes.
- Belleville (20th): the cheapest option within the city. Around €750/month for a shared apartment, lines 2 and 11 to reach Place d'Italie easily.
- Ivry-sur-Seine (94): right next to the 13th, often more affordable and directly connected to campus via line 7.

The NEOMA Rouen campus is located at 1 rue du Maréchal Juin, 76130 Mont-Saint-Aignan, set in a green 7 hectare campus, 10 minutes from downtown Rouen by bus.

- Mont-Saint-Aignan: the town where the campus is located, ideal for keeping your commute short. Very popular among NEOMA students.
- Downtown Rouen: lively student atmosphere, plenty of listings, 10 minutes from campus by bus. The best balance between neighborhood life and proximity to campus.
- Rive Gauche: currently being redeveloped, more affordable rents and well served by the Astuce transit network.
